Displays Capture a Century of Care

As the hospital began the celebration of its 100 year anniversary, Aesthetics was hired to create unique displays that would honor and recognize its values and commemorate the “Century of Caring” at Mercy.

The first display at the downtown campus illustrates each of their values through the use of historic photography, quotations from patients, visitors and staff and an explanation of how these values have made Mercy Hospitals who they are today.

The second display consisted of a series of shadowboxes illustrating the historical timeline of events at Mercy from the immigration of its founder to present day. In addition to the stories of Mercy, relevant world events, medical facts and fun facts are also depicted to give a sense of place to each decade.
